Large Scale/Small Object
For this project we had pick an object of a small size and draw it on a larger scale with charcoal, and then an even larger scale for the final.

Unexpected Perspective
For this project we had to find an unexpected perspective from somewhere in or out of the school. Some place that challenged us, to create a charcoal drawing from a different view.

In my final design I choose a location that was outside by the school's little green house. This location provided a certain light from the sun and shadow. This perspective showed the depth that was the langth of the poles and the shape of the gears that moved along it. I believe that this was a successful capturing of the location although I did not get to complete it as planned. I enjoyed undertaking the challenge to capture the different directions of the moving pieces.
Two-Point Hallway
This project causes us to change from using one-point perspective to using two-point perspective in creating hallways that we recognize and see everyday. In working with two point perspective you have to use two vanishing points, instead of only one that you use in one point perspective. In using two vanishing points you can create two hallways going in different directions, by focusing on a corner as your "starting" or "middle point."

For my final design I chose a corner that seperated into two different hall ways and one going up and down a ramp. This design accomplishes the goals set for this project in that it captures the two-point perspective hallway and a different variety of protruding elements. I think that it was a successful design, I was able to accuratly capture those "awkward" or "unnatural" elements that the hallways held.
Line Movement
This project allows for us to create movement and depth within the page using a variation of different lines.

In my final design you can see movement throughout the lines in
the page as they appear to go along deeper into the page and to come out at you.
Some are more thick or darker than others allowing them to pop out at you and
stand out as others faded becasue they were winding back. The lines also looked
liek a bunch of walls of boxes becasue they had a vanishing piont and
disticntness about them.
